The Neighborgoods Studio is located at 4300 Georgia Avenue NW Washington DC 20011 (at the intersection of Iowa/Varnum and Georgia Avenues) directly behind the Petworth Neighborhood Library.
What is The Neighborgoods Studio?
The Neighborgoods operates out of The Neighborgoods Studio, a physical design studio and workspace where our small team is hard at work fulfilling and shipping ecommerce and wholesale orders to our customers and over 600+ wholesale retailers across the country.
Can I shop at The Neighborgoods Studio?
The Neighborgoods Studio is not open to the public, however, we host several Open Studio events throughout the year where patrons are invited to shop our studio shelves and meet our team in person. Please be certain to subscribe to our newsletter, follow us on Instagram (@theneighborgoodswithlove), or check our Events page on the website for the latest events.
Can I place my order online and pick it up in person at the studio?
If you’re local, use the code PICKUP for free shipping. You can pick up your order at The Neighborgoods Studio Monday through Friday between the hours of 10am - 4:30pm.

Where can I buy The Neighborgoods products?
You can find The Neighborgoods products at any of our 600+ retailers across the country (click here to find a store near you) and The Neighborgoods Gift Shop at the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport coming soon in April 2024 (learn more about our airport store here.) If you're local, you can use our convenient pick-up option by using the code PICKUP at checkout.
How do I wash my Neighborgoods dish towel?
Our dish towels are machine washable. To preserve the vibrancy of our screen-printed designs we suggest washing the dish towel in cold water.
How do I wash my Neighborgoods sponge cloth?
Our sponge cloths are machine washable and dishwasher safe.
If you’re cleaning the sponge cloth in the washing machine, place the sponge cloth in the washing machine with similar lightweight items. Wash with detergent, according to the size and soil level of your load. Once the washing cycle is comeple, take it out of the washing machine and hang it to air dry completely.
If you’re cleaning the sponge cloth in the dishwasher, place your sponge cloth on the top rack of your dishwasher and allow the dishwasher to complete the entire cycle, including washing, rinsing, and drying.

How long will it take to get my order?
We ship within 4 business days of your purchase, and you can choose what shipping option you prefer at checkout if you need it quicker.
