• All sales are final.

• Most sale items will not come with packaging (some may already be in packaging, but it's not the norm)

• Please be aware that we use Shopify for our website and they do not have a cart protection function. So if ou have the last of something in your cart and someone else checks out faster than you that item will leave your cart (sorry, you snooze, you lose!)

• WHAT MAKES SOMETHING A SECOND? These are products that we like to call perfectly imperfect which means they may contain some of the following defects, or something else not listed, that makes it unable for us to sell at full price.
- Frayed edges on towels or small holes
- Smudged ink in the “blank” areas that rubbed off during the drying process or leaked through the screen during printing
- Extra extra wrinkles in fabric (some wrinkles are natural and okay, some are just too much)
- Slight misprints (some are caused by the wrinkles, some are just caused by the screen printing process)
- Faded colors or dirty from being on display at a market

We permanently closed down our retail shop in Shaw, DC in October 2020. You can still shop our goods here on our website or find us in stores across the country.


All orders* are typically shipped out within 4-5 business days of your order. You will receive a notification by email with tracking once your order has gone out. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time (depending on your location), please email us at hello@theneighborgoods.com and we'll get to the bottom of it!

*Our ART PRINTS are shipped directly from the printer and will take approximately 2-3 weeks to ship out. They will arrive separately from your other Neighborgoods items.


The Neighborgoods accepts all major credit cards and Paypal.


We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product(s) please email hello@theneighborgoods.com within 15 days of receiving for more information on returning or exchanging your order.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.



Orders placed within DC will be subject to a 6% sales tax.
We are not required to charge sales tax outside of the District of Columbia.


We take your privacy seriously and will never sell or share your information with any third parties.
